A quick RAVE about our NEW 'Veggie-Fiber Sponge':
Dear Patty-Just a quick update on your new sponge. First off it is WONDERFUL, I LOVE IT! My daughter and her husband and my 2 grandchildren came to visit me for 2 weeks on their vacation, and when it was time for my grandchildren to take their bath I told them Nanna had a Magic Sponge for them to use. The children couldn't get over the hardness of the sponge and when they soaked it in the water and it became soft and they washed with it they went ballistic! Nanna we want this sponge to take home with us, so I am going to need to order 3 more sponges from you. One for my daughter and the others for my grandbabies so I can mail it to them. You made me a hit with the children and my daughter and we all had a wonderful visit, thank you Patty, as your products keep Amazing me with their goodness and quality of your products, simply put, they are the BEST! Q) If I am using EGF should I also be using a retinol serum?
A) NOT REALLY AS THESE PRODUCTS ALREADY HAVE PURE RETINOL AT HIGH PERCENTAGES ALREADY, BUT YOU CAN IF YOU WANT, BUT IF YOUR SKIN STARTS TO GET RED OR TOO DRY STOP USING THE RETINOL SERUM.
 
Q) If using EGF and Stem Cell do they get used together or every other day or one in the AM and one PM?  During the day I usually don't wear any makeup whatsoever, unless I am "going out" so to speak, so I am trying to organize my regimen.
A) EVERY OTHER DAY OR USE ONE IN THE AM AND THE OTHER IN THE PM BUT NEVER TOGETHER.

Hi seattle skincare-I normally don't email back companies about their products, if I don't like them I just never reorder again. I ordered the seaweed face mask, the Stem cell serum, one of those sponges and your gold facial mask. I was surprized to say the least when I started to use them, that seaweed mask really did take 15 years off my appearance, I just couln't believe my eyes. I used that sponge to remove it and fell in love with this sponge, I mean it is hard as a rock, you soak it and its as soft as silk and took the mask off 1-2-3. The stem cell serum removed my wrinkles from around my eyes, mouth and neck area, and for an extra treat  I gave myself a 24k gold mask that made my skin glow. I have never used such WONDERFUL products in my life like yours, that I had to email you and tell you, thank you for having the BEST products I have ever used, and your right I will remain a loyal customer for life! Dear Seattle Skincare, I have been using the Stem cell serum for about a month now, and I still have lots left in that 1 oz bottle, that surprized me. But what surprized me even more was the condition of my skin, I am speech-less, I don't think my skin even looked this good when I was in my 20's. Lines around my eyes are completely GONE-OUT-OF-HERE-GONE!!! The deep set line that I had that ran from my nose to my chin (around my mouth) has filled out dramaticly, and I figured if this serum did this much good in such a short period of time what will I look like in a few months time. But just to be on the safe side I want to order another bottle of the Stem Cell Serum along with the Seaweed Mask. That seaweed mask is truely a WONDERERFUL facial mask, I have never used a faical mask that actually firms and lifts your muscles and skin as tightly as yours, LOVE IT LOVE IT. Dear Patty, I am using your rain city masks, seaweed and your stem cell serum, and I am crazy-gone-nuts over them. I tried the new firming serum, which I am not crazy about the smell, but as soon as it dried the smell was gone just like you said. For a few seconds I can stand the smell for the results were wonderful. My skin firmed and the jowl area was lifted, and you could feel it all day long. I ordered the EGF serum and well it is pricey, but I had to try it. The very first night I remember touching my face in my sleep and it feeling so smooth! The first day I put it on my hands, I could not believe how much better they looked! I just turned 60 but people think I am in my late 40's. After using this I will look younger. After a week some at work have asked if I had a new makeup or something, or got alot of sleep. It is amazing stuff!
